DAY SIX
This is harder than it looks

Today i woke up at 5:20am, because i have class at 7am.  I got ready, ate breakfast and took 
i took my medication around 6:15 am.  i was at class until 1, then i had lunch and went to the gym around 3:30pm.  While there i was on the elliptical for fifteen minutes, i burned 195 calories.  I was on the tall bike for fifteen minutes, i traveled 3.5 miles, and burned 93 calories.  Lastly, i was on the short bike, and i traveled 3.33 miles in 15 minutes and burned 81 calories.  in total, at the gym today, i burned roughly 369 calories.

The food i ate today goes as following:
  • Yogurt with strawberries
  • Vegetable Soup with Noodles
  • Juice Pouch
  • Goldfish crackers
  • Bread
  • Cookies
  • Diet Hot Chocolate
  • Strawberry Banana Smoothie
  • Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, Crutons, feta, italian dressing
  • Stir Fry with broccoli, onions Chicken, teriyaki, rice
  • Chilli
  • Cucumbers (ALL ALONE! i love cucumbers)

With estimating calories, i'm guessing that i consumed a total of 2160.

Hopefully i'll eat even better!
