DAY EIGHT
Sometimes, i feel like i can't do this

I'm going to try posting in a different format today.

This morning i woke up around 5:35am.  i got ready for class and walked to starbucks.  There, i had a PLAIN BAGEL WITH BUTTER, and a STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE.  I took my medications and vitamin around 6:30am, and then went to class.

During class, i made cherry filling, whipped cream, a chiffon genoise cake, and chocolate ganache.  We put together a black forrest cake, and i tried two bites of CARROT CAKE.

Before we were finished class, we were given the chance to eat different foods from Culinary Labs.  I had BROCCOLI, ZUCCHINI, and POTATOES.  i didn't have much of them though.

After class let out, i returned to my room where i had a serving of GOLDFISH CRACKERS, SKIM MILK, APPLE SLICES, and CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.  

I then ate a 100 CALORIE PACK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, and STRAWBERRY GUMMIES.

After that, i took a fifteen minute nap before heading off to the gym.

While at the gym i was on the short bike for 30 minutes, where i burned exactly 100 calories by traveling 5.8 miles.  then, i walked on the treadmill for 12 minutes, and traveled .77 miles, burning 69 calories.

After that, i took a shower and went to dinner, while at dinner i had, CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD WITH CUCUMBERS AND TOMATOES, HALF OF A TURKEY BURGER, AND ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP.  With dinner, i had lemon/lime sparkling water.

When i returned from dinner, i had RICE PUDDING.

I'm trying to start doing a project where i walk/bike/run/exercise 100 miles total in a month.  Counting today, i have traveled 6.57/100 miles.

i'm still trying to figure out if i like this format, but there we go.  

i think that the worst thing i ate today was either the chicken caesar salad or the rice pudding.

When i totaled what i though each item contained in calories... i consumed 2,336 total calories.
