DAY TWO
Everyday Troubles

I woke up around 9am this morning, and After laying in bed for a while, i got on the treadmill for 25 minutes.  I ended up walking 1.55 miles and burning 192 calories.

I took my medications and vitamin around 10:30am.

Once my day was in swing, i consumed the following foods:
  • Life cereal with skim milk
  • A banana
  • Crab fries
  • A chicken cheesesteak
  • A slice of S'mores cake
  • A Cheesesteak
  • French fries
  • Sugar Wafers
After estimating and adding all the calories that i think i consumed today, i came up with the following number:
2,315 calories

That's it for Day Two.  I'll be going to school on sunday, so i should be eating and exercising differently once i'm there.
